Site layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Also contained in this recent image disclosure appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section detailing different sections of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the continuing oversight release.
